Fabrication
Our in-house fabrication facility and quality assurance programs ensure strict adherence to procedures and specifications and full material traceability, thus guaranteeing a quality product to the end user.
Installation
FLS offers a full range of installation options, allowing the customer the flexibility to tailor the installation of the fall protection systems specifically to their individual requirements from supervision to full turnkey construction and project management.
Certification
Each system is certified for use and comes complete with a Use, Care and Maintenance Manual. The manual is a comprehensive document containing the serial numbers of each individual component used in your system and the certificates of installation and testing. Annual recertification programs are also available to ensure continuous compliance with all local and federal regulations.
Training
A sound working knowledge of the system is the key to working safely. A formal training program will be held at your facility, ensuring correct use of the systems, thereby increasing worker safety, comfort and productivity. The need for continuing training and retraining is easily met by using our Maintenance Manual combined with the formal Training Video supplied with each system.
Service
As per ANSI Z359.1–1992, Section 6.1.1. –“Equipment shall be inspected by the user before each use and by a competent person other than the user at intervals of no more than a year.” FLS provides a full list of inspection and service options ranging from emergency call-out service to five (5) year service and maintenance contracts for all types of fall arrest systems.
Aircraft
Our experience and close working relationship with aircraft manufacturers and maintenance facilities enable us to design and install systems for virtually any aircraft fall protection issue a company might encounter.
Using Multi-Span and Single Span cable based systems, we develop customized solutions that fit most needs. For shorter fall distances and restricted ceiling/hanger clearances, we offer FlexRail, our proprietary enclosed track rigid rail system. We also feature the WinGrip portable vacuum pad system, which allows users to place fall protection where they need it, in the hanger or on the flightline.

Fall protection hazards come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Our staff of engineers constantly provides custom solutions for our customers’ unique requirements.
